Requirements For Rights?
Hello! As the wiki is growing bigger, I think it's time we have requirements for rights.
This can based on how long you've been on this wiki, edits ( mainspace ), and your activity.
Also, we only have 3 groups, Admins, Bureaucrats and normal users. We can start accepting chat mods, custodians an any other groups.
